We enjoyed this treat this afternoon. I love breakfast for dinner.
My Favorite Crepe Recipe:
4 eggs
1 c. flour
2 Tbs. sugar
pinch of salt
Whisk til smooth
then add 1 c. milk
Set pan on medium heat and don't brown. Cook on both sides. Fill with your favorite topping (ie: nutella, strawberries, apples, bananas, powdered sugar...you get the idea!)
