Maddox was being so funny in the car...he did not enjoy the cold snow like Bryanna did. After about 2 minutes outside, he had it! So back in the car he went and he was perfectly fine with that!
We were at an elevation of 8500 ft...we were ABOVE the clouds...it was neat to see! I felt like we were flying in an airplane with the view we had!
These are pictures of us descending "into the clouds"...it was so beautiful!
Mark was such a good daddy and decked himself out in snow gear to take his little girl down the hill! I refused, like Maddox, I'd rather sit in the car and stay warm, take pictures, and sip my hot chocolate!

AWWW That is so funny! Looks beautiful up there! It's so nice that you can drive for an hour and be in the snowy mountains and be able to go home and play at the park in the sunshine!
Good thing Bryanna got to do some real sledding before you guys head off to Hawaii!! Those are some nice pictures up at Mt. Charleston. We'll have to go up there sometime this winter when we're missing the snow again.
We can't believe you guys got snow!! We are jealous. Hey - if Las Vegas can get snow, why can't Florida? We wish! Enjoy the holidays!

Bryanna's face was hilarious in the video. She looks shocked that snow could actually end up in her face! Have fun in warm sunny Hawaii while we are buried in a foot of snow!

WOW - those clouds are breathtaking! What a fun family activity! I need to take my girls up there sometime - but we have seemed to all come down with the nasty cold going around! Blah! I love the last pic of the clouds - as you are descending into them!!
